1) Afghanistan - India signed an agreement with Afghanistan for building Lalandar or Shatoot dam. The MoU was signed by Union External affairs minister S Jaishankar and his Afghan counterpart.

2) Serbia - Tennis Player Novak Djokovic from Serbia was named the Best Balkan Athlete of the year for a record seventh time.

3) Mumbai - India’s first undersea tunnel is being constructed in Mumbai, as a part of the Coastal Road project of the city. It is expected to be completed by the year 2023.
